Kek Coklat Moist~ (kukus)

sangat mudah untuk menyediakan coklat moist kek...
jom sama2 tengok bahan2:

 Bahan-Bahan A:
 1 1/2 cawan Tepung Gandum
 50g serbuk koko
 1 sudu Teh Baking Powder
 1 sudu Teh soda Bikarbonat ..( saya gune 1 sudu Teh Ovalett)
 1 sudu Teh coffee Emulco
 1 1/2 sudu Teh Browning Sugar
Bahan-Bahan B:
1 1/2 cawan Gula
1 Cawan susu cair
3 biji Telur
1 Sudu Teh Esen Vanila
250g Butter..( saya Gune Buttercup)
Cara2:
Ayak & Gaulkan Bahan A (kecuali Coffee Emulco & Browning Sugar) Pukul Telur & Gula hingga kembang.. Cairkan Butter..
kemudian masukkan susu cair & Esen Vanila...kacau sebati..
Selepas Itu, bolehlah dicampurkan adunan telur tadi...
Masukkan kesemua bahan & kacau sebati...jgn lupa Coffee & Browning Sugar juga ye..
Bila dah sebati, Sediakan Loyang...
Kukus selama 45minit...

    1. ye..fungsi nye lebih kurang je..cuma kalau guna ovalett tak perlu guna serbuk bikarbonat..
