2 biji terung Dayak ( terung asam)..
di potong kecil
sedikit ikan bilis ( ditumbuk)
Bawang secukupnya..(di tumbuk)
cili padi secukupnya..(di tumbuk)
sedikit belacan...
Garam & serbuk perasa secukupnya..
Cara2:
panaskan minyak...Tumis bahan2 yang telah di tumbuk tadi hingga naik bau..
masukkan belacan...
Masukkan pula Buah terung..kacau sebati..
kemudian masukkan air secukupnya utk di jadikan sup..
last sekali masukkan Garam & serbuk perasa secukupnya.
Biar mendidih & terung menjadi lembut...
dah siap..
